Strength & Conditioning

Our Strength and Conditioning Coaches at NBYMP are all equipped with a university (Kinesiology) degree/background. We take pride in optimizing the performance of our athletes regardless of their age or level of play. Through functional movement testing, in-season and off-season programming, and injury prevention plans, we are able to educate our athletes on how to efficiently optimize their performance while also prolonging their careers in the process.

Nutrition

Our Nutritional Advisors at NBYMP are ready to assist all mentees with inquires they may have pertaining to pre/post competition meals, micronutrient + macronutrient daily requirements, in-season and off-season nutrition programs, and much more! Working hand-in-hand with our Kinesiology graduates, our Nutritional Advisors strongly believe that an athlete’s nutrition reflects their performance on the court.
