MEET OUR LEAD MENTAL PERFORMANCE CONSULTANT
Naomi Zitt-James is a graduate of the Applied Sports Psychology Master’s program at the University of Ottawa and currently works as a Mental Performance Consultant (MPC). As an MPC, Naomi’s job is to help athletes optimize their performance by implementing mental skills. Some of the mental skills include:

Naomi is a member of the Canadian Sports Psychology Association (CSPA) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in both Psychology and Sports Studies. She also has her Mental Health First Aid certification from the Mental Health Commission of Canada. As a former University basketball athlete from Bishop’s University, she understands exactly what it means to be a student athlete which only adds to her skill set. Her goal is to assist in strengthening the mental aspects of performance while helping athletes to gain a mental advantage.
